These Terms govern use of websites, software, communications, and related services provided by Automotive Intelligence Solutions (“AIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). AIS provides technology used by automotive dealerships and dealer groups to support dealership workflows.
Use of AIS Services
AIS services may support vehicle acquisition, seller communications, vehicle evaluation, offers, document collection, transaction review, appointments, pickup coordination, and other dealership operations. Users agree to provide accurate information and use the services only for lawful purposes.
Dealership Transactions
AIS provides technology that supports dealership workflows. Unless expressly stated otherwise, vehicle purchase decisions, offers, inspections, title or ownership determinations, payment decisions, and final transaction terms are made by the participating dealership and transaction parties.
SMS Messaging Terms
Where an individual provides consent to receive text messages, AIS or the participating dealership may send transactional or customer-care messages concerning a vehicle inquiry, offer, documentation request, appointment, pickup, transaction update, or support request.
- Message frequency varies based on the transaction or request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, submit fraudulent information, or use the services in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual Property
AIS software, branding, product names, interfaces, content, and related technology are owned by AIS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Service Availability
Services may change, be updated, or experience interruptions. AIS may modify or discontinue features as permitted by applicable agreements and law.

Use of AIS services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
